グレートライスファーマーズの米づくり
私たちの住む山形県米沢市の上郷地域は、東に奥羽山脈 南に吾妻連峰 西に飯豊連峰と周りを大きな山々に囲まれた自然豊かな所です。
しかし、そんな私達の生活を苦しめる雪も、春、夏に向かうにしたがい少しずつ解け出し米作りには無くてはならない貴重な水に変わります。
置賜の気候と風土は、吾妻山系から解け出した山々の豊富なミネラルを充分に含む美味しい水と豊かな土壌を作ります。
この米は「健康」にこだわり、出来る限りの農薬と化学肥料の使用を控え、有機肥料を使い育てた、特別栽培米です。更に、お米自体の持つ「味・つや・香り」を最大限に引き出す為の栽培方法で、土作りから収穫まで一年間丹精込めて作りました。

私達の作る「プレミアムつや姫」は美味しさと、健康にこだわり、土作りには完熟堆肥を使用し、肥料にも有機質肥料と人間の体にはなくてはならないミネラルの堆肥も投人し、農薬の使用も最低限にとどめ一年間丹精込めて作ったお米です。
